Allstar Awards- The Biggest Music Award Nite in the oil city of Akwa
Ibom State is set to serenade music stakeholders and lovers in a night
crafted to celebrate the contributions of selected creative heads
practicing in the music industry, in Eket Local Government Area.
The 2015 edition of Eket AllStars Awards will take place on Sunday, December 13, 2015
at the prestigious Eden Hotel, Eket, and will have in attendance the
creme de la creme of music and show business in Akwa Ibom state.
Categories for awardees include Music Producer of the year, Gospel
Artiste of the year, Music Video of the year, Event of the year, Lounge
of the year, DJ of the year, Song of the year, Best Collaboration of the
year, Radio Personality of the year and more.
The
award ceremony is put together by Sporadic Entertainment, led by Victor
Sporadic, an entertainment entrepreneur who has invested years of hard
work and music business intelligence to develop a brand dedicated to
projecting the exceptional talents. Although Eket All Stars Award is 2
years, his prime brand, SPORADIC Award has been on for 12 years, from
his days in the University of Calabar, where he hosted the likes of
Eedris Abdulkareem.
Speaking
on why he conceptualized the award, Victor stated that he is passionate
about contributing to the promotion of Eket’s music talents, so as to
spur them to greatness. As a Cross Riverian who has lived a better part
of his life in Eket, Victor is hopeful of an Eket music industry that
will produce talents capable of winning accolades on a national or
international stage.
